Candor is a brand of Equious Innovations, operating from India. We design, build and maintain websites for small businesses. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@example.com.

Only what you type into the project brief form on our Connect page:

• Your name and email address — both required, so we can reply.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number and your business name — both optional.
• What you need, your rough budget and timeline, and whatever you write in the message box.

We don't ask for anything else, and we have no accounts, logins or payment details on this site.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. We can't tell who you are unless you contact us.

Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it next visit. It never leaves your device and we never see it.

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That's the only purpose. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Submitting the form sends its contents to our own inbox as an email. To deliver that email we use Resend, an email service provider — your message passes through their systems in transit, as it would with any email.

Nobody else receives it. We have no other third party involved in this site.

Your enquiry stays in our email inbox. If it doesn't turn into work together, we delete it within 24 months. If it does, we keep what's needed for the business relationship and our tax and accounting obligations.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see below.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold;
• correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
• delete it;
• withdraw the consent you gave by sending us the form.

Email hello@example.com and we'll action it. We reply within one working day. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you reach us on WhatsApp or by email instead of the form, that conversation is covered by this policy too. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and governed by their own privacy terms, not ours.

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top. There's no archive of previous versions — the page always reflects what we currently do.
